I ve recently noticed that i have a 6 tooth smile and according to org orthotropics usw it means your palate is narrow but i measured it and my IMW was average to a Little above average my palate is like this \../ so kind of narrow in the front but not in the back does anyone here have more knowledge about it ?

Your palate should be wide enough so that when you smile you expose 8-10 teeth (depending on your pheno IMO, and your overall skull size/bone mass, whether 8 teeth or 10 would suit you). 6 isn't wide just looking at it, try getting an expander or even conducting an experiment for thumbpulling if you're young/poor and desperate

yeah true i talked to one ortho she said she would give me mse or smthng if i have an cross bite or smthng she wants to give me invisalign but i can ask her for xray to check it more throughlyand if nothing works thumbpulling is my last option

NIGGA TAKE THE MSE, expanders are so goated if you twist the lock only 3-4 times a week, so it slowly expands your mouth, then you can get braces during/after if there's a gap (if you twist the lock slowly through the time period of a months to a year, your teeth will have time to adjust to the new forces being applied to open your face). thumbpulling might actually work if you dont want to spend money on all of this.

NIGGA TAKE THE MSE, expanders are so goated if you twist the lock only 3-4 times a week, so it slowly expands your mouth, then you can get braces during/after if there's a gap (if you twist the lock slowly through the time period of a months to a year, your teeth will have time to adjust to the new forces being applied to open your face). thumbpulling might actually work if you dont want to spend money on all of this.

yeah but i still wanna now the xray and if she doesnt give it to my imma have to find some other solutions i also looked in the internet but there isnt really a difference between the orthos in my city

6 tooth smile is just an indicator of possibly having a narrow palate.

You would need to look at your actual dental arch width to determine rather its narrow or not.
