Great thread bro, I have heard of it but never used it, i personally take like 5-10mg melatonin daily and also take hgh 6IU before bed.

Ill do some more research, was planning on ordering some more test, hgh and a groupbuy of reta. ill look into it maybe it's worth trying out lol
