You should get a rhino and a lip lift. Also look into orthodontics to fix that assymetry. Also grow your hair so that it's covering your ears. Hydrocortisone 1% for nose if you cant get rhino currently.

Go to an ortho or a maxillofacial surgeon , they will likely refer u to get a CBCT, cephalometry and potentially a panoramic teeth scan too, these will determine ur case and therefore decide ur treatment plan.
