i’d rather not rate you because i dont feel like it, and it’s pretty much pointless info. what i can do is tell you what you want, and that is how to look better. so here’s what to do:

lose some weight, get a canthoplasty/canthopexy

topical/oral minoxidil for eyebrows

grow out your hair

not too much you can do before you lose weight, after you lose the weight you can use uc, aqualyx, or lemonbottle for fat dissolving

infraorbital implants, chin implant

spend some time on .org botb and learn basics to further knowledge yourself on surgeries, or other methods to enhance your looks.
