I don't know if it's a cope or not, but from what I've researched nicotine is bad for skin in general, and I have almost all the sypmonths of it. Can someone give me any tips to get out of this fuckass boring addiction?

Habitual practice (Vaping "whistle" quitting devices), nicotine delivery alternatives. E.g., patches, quickmist, gum/snus (though they're damaging to oral hygiene & counterintuitive in some instances; stick to the first 2 unless you're extremely addicted, nicotine alternatives such as: caffine & other oral stimulants, and common meditative techniques.

GLP-1s, and more specifically, retatrutide, also help with quiting addictive substances. Though limited to anecdotetal evidence* for now, there have been multiple recorded instances of GLP-1s aiding with alcoholism & addiction in general. In fact, EilLilly are developing a GLP-1 based drug to help with alcohol currently, due to it's believed effectiveness. So dosing retatrutide at 0.5mg-2mg may prove very helpful with quitting vaping. (though monitor your weight closely if you're lean).
Check my retatrutide guide in BOTB for help with retatrutide
