I agree he has some flaws like his long midface, acne scars, philtrum and others but he is a little above mtn imo, respect your response though

I am currently on accutane (3 months now), and bulked up. So in a few months the scars etc should be fixed!

Yeah you will get more bonemass naturally (a few mm for sure), dont get surgery,idk why would you think you need one (they are more for bigger flaws like recessed infra orbitals,maxilla,chin, etc) and after the bulk i would suggest to cut and you will look way better

Hmtn lean down idk why but haircut looks strange to me from the front

Yeah you will get more bonemass naturally (a few mm for sure), dont get surgery,idk why would you think you need one (they are more for bigger flaws like recessed infra orbitals,maxilla,chin, etc) and after the bulk i would suggest to cut and you will look way better
