nothing special u can do rn, mew, chew on premolars, sleep on back while mouthtaping ofc, u cant really fix the crookedness too much but its not a "face ruiner"

do some eyebrow maintenence, and try practicing eye excersises like squinting to get a better eye area,

also do some neck curls cuz u need a thicker neck

Bro I went to my ortho today for the first time cuz I need braces and he said im class 3 and I got a consultation next week I think I deadass might need a lefort 1
