If you're 14 and looking like youre much younger you probably know that you're a late bloomer and lacking the proper hormones. I would definitely go visit the doctor but he'd probably not be as urgent as you'd like to be. Try to hormonemaxx I'm talking testosterone, to develop a better bone structure. But don't just do the basics like sleep, supplements, etc
You need to avoid estrogenic and endocrine disrupting stuff like plastic (bottles), polyester/synthetic clothing, fragrances, seed oils, etc

Drink tons of milk, eat mostly carbs and meat, have a good posture and breathe properly, start training now (not for retarded shit like bench, just start lifting). There isn’t anything to fix now, just focus on improving your future self as it will be way more pertinent in the future how you look.

Why tons of milk though doesn't it increase estrogen, maybe he could take some supps to support bone growth. Or are you saying the lower test will make him grow longer?

You probably haven't hit puberty yet so while in puberty max out your test and start working out or do any other sport you like. Also try to weigh down and mew so you would get rid of that loose hyoid in the long run or you can do chin tucks. Try to be in a slight caloric deficit since I can see that you're a bit overweight.

If you have any dental problems you should go to a dentist now but do NOT let them take out teeth only if it's extra baby tooth that is still left and hasn't fallen out.

And for now just grow out your hair eat healthier and get leaner

I was around 160-165 at 14 now at 16 I'm almost 180.
Being short as a teen doesn't automatically mean that you're gonna be short forever

So like I can’t use cologne or drink from disposable bottles kind of? And also take supplements and work out
