I've been using epiduo (0.3 adapalene and 2.5 benzoyl peroxide) for like a year now and it genuinely doesn't do shit, anyway it has caused my face to be red and cripplingly dry for ages. I've tried everything from a thick emollient moisturiser to azelaic and salicylic acid and nothing works. So does anyone know how to cure the redness? ( I've already tried larping to my doc for a rhofade prescription but he said no🥲. I also looked on indiamart for some but couldn't find a reliable looking source)

Yeah my doctor said no so I would have to get it off indiamart, but wouldn't that just make the dryness worse anyway?

Yeah but you can't use epiduo on accutane, also it'll actually clear your skin

any antibiotics for acne are straight up bs and will rape your gut bacteria and even soft tissue around your growth plates, just do accutane, you can get it from indiamart.

paracelsus paracelsus knows good sources, as a rule of thumb check their reputation, the ammount of the time the seller has been selling and the individual client reviews to check to see if they are real or botted, and also check their certifications.

Depends which country you live in first of all. If you live in UK or US then you should be fine with standard sellers and like 3+ years experience but if you’re in europe it’s a lot more difficult to get the parcel across customs and you have to find specific sellers who know what they’re doing but they’ll be more expensive

I would also add that when you do hop on Accutane, use BB cream in the correct skin tone to cover any dryness and redness which you may already have while the Accutane does its thing

also this sounds more like a skin barrier issue so i wouldn’t really recommend accutane anyway just spam good quality moisturiser with ceramides and fix you’re skin barrier and after it’s healed you can do microneedling and azelaic acjd

don’t do that yet, you have to heal your skin barrier before you go anywhere near microneedling and other chemicals like salicylic and azelaic acid

The acids are for blackheads bru and theyre mild too, you should try a topical antibiotic like metronidazol but idk whats the cause of your redness
