I have read about Islam a bit. They actually value women very much. You're taking that exact view of the "extremists" that are already confused and say that shit. The Quran explicitly says the opposite of that. Also well lgbtq is forbidden in a lot of Christian ideologies as well. And their prophet married his wife when she was 20.
