I started Reta a week ago and am using .5 mg once a week. I’m about 5’11 180 and around 17-20% bf. In the first week I maybe lost .5-1 lb. I am not feeling much effects of Reta yet. Should I bump up to 1 mg once a week or stay at .5 for another week? I am only trying to lose about 15 lbs.
