Does anyone have any shampoos and conditioner that they recommend for scalp psoriasis? ( Dry scalp basically)

Just some random gentle shampoo, I guess. I don't think it's the main factor. Maybe try taking omega-3, applying some oil to your scalp, and installing a humidifier in your room.

or just visit derma to get some medicine

Shampoo will strip hair oils

If you actually have psoriasis go to the fuckin doctor lol but otherwise just natural ingredients with things like rosemary oil and biotin
