Doesn't really work how u would think for 50% of people. Chnages focus and gives that tunnel vision but doesnt directly cause motivation of any sort. So theres a chance it could js make u be hyper locked in on scrolling through tiktok. If ur doing an activity where u won't be on ur phone for a while then yh do it
