I'm 13 ~70kg @5'10 and have a fair but of muscle mass but I really want to know if it would be worth it to bulk and if so how long.
Really I just don't want to fuck up my growth by cutting and becoming a skinny cunt.

Use GH and cut. Use AI for height gains, especially since estrogen might cause extra fat
. You won't lose any height, even with big deficits, if you're on HGH. Also, losing fat is essential during your teenage years.

Go on cut first, I made the mistake of going on a bulk. Sure ur stronger but way less appealing and ur slower and more face fat. I would say go on a cut then bulk up(NEVER dirty bulk always clean)

dont bulk g its useless unless you wanna be a bloatcel, you dont even need to bulk to build muscle, track your macros according to your bw/ goal bw and keep protein over .8g/lb, id say do this while on a cut as well, worked for me g
