I am in stage tanner 4.5 6'1 with 426 ng ml of igf 1 I don't know if a secretagogue would be beneficial because I don't have much time left to grow, my IGF-1 is already high, and I don't think the risk-reward ratio is worth it.
If you have any advice, please help me

Even within white populations different ethnic groups still develop differently, well, that depends on which people you consider white or not ofc.

It would've only make sense if you'd take 2-3mg of cjc (weekly for 2-3 months) and 300mcg ipa which is too expensive for this shit. Find good HGH source atp

what's wrong with ghrp's? I'd say it's better to start with gh peptides such as cjc or ghrp's and then hop on hgh, ofc it depends on your situation and how much time you have till your puberty's over

Ghrp dont give enough of a % increase to accelerate growth meaningfully, all it does it slightly increase rate of plate hypertrophy.
