Eating 300-500 cals a day above maintenance as long as you get adequate exercise. Recently, i've noticed quite a bit of fat gain and ik it bound to happen, plus im stronger than ever but its ruining my appearance since i got this extra fat on my face and stomach etc.. at what point should you stop or should you keep going if you're still at a healthy BF.. (just wanted to know)

Recently, i've noticed quite a bit of fat gain and ik it bound to happen, plus im stronger than ever but its ruining my appearance since i got this extra fat on my face and stomach etc.. at what point should you stop or should you keep going if you're still at a healthy BF.. just wanted to know

I've increased my cals by 2,500- 4,000+ so I can grow. In my opinion just keep going as long as your not getting saggy chest or belly. I don't gain fat myself idk why maybe just cause I gym a lot so I burn it off. I usually have a big appetite and I have been getting taller

Well, i haven't been to the gym recently lol in a month and i still been eating 300-500 cals above maintenance so ig that is a contributing factor, but at the same time i was still doing it when i went to the gym 2-3 months ago and still noticed fat gain and i was pretty active.. idk how u be doing this

Stay lean, won't lose any height in something like a 500cal deficit

You can even go on some 1000cal deficit if you just supplement micronutrients and inject hgh

if you are getting all Nutrients it doesnt matter i suggest eating you zero and if you need to cut then cut like 200-300 kcal but if you notice height increasing eat around 200kcal more

Yea..since my friends been saying ur "Jawline disappeared" but ive been seeing quite a bit of height growth and musclcular strength / growth so not sure if I should drop my cals 😅 like I said, it ruins my appearance
