Eating 300-500 cals a day above maintenance as long as you get adequate exercise. Recently, i've noticed quite a bit of fat gain and ik it bound to happen, plus im stronger than ever but its ruining my appearance since i got this extra fat on my face and stomach etc.. at what point should you stop or should you keep going if you're still at a healthy BF.. (just wanted to know)
