disagree, lots of clinical studies and trials on ideopathic short stature make use of AI's alone, for height there is not incentive to do both test and AI, a well formulated dose of AI is fine.

you dont have to do this guesswork and estimation blud there is data comparing outcomes of ideopathic short stature left alone and ideopathic short stature supplemented with AI and the AI group always grows more

the mechanism of action you're talking about is one im not familiar with and probably accurate but is not enough to disregard AI usage as a whole
