If i remember correctly, ever since 2007 the companies intel, AMD and Nvidia who produce computer parts signed a contract with the feds, where if your computer used a amd nvidia or intel cpu or gpu then it allows the FBI to be able to remotely tap in and view and modify your computer, even when the computer is turned off.
You have to go in nature and create your own pc using rocks
