Almost everyone in modern society is mentally enslaved

When adults tell kids to stop complaining about something, kids get extremely frustrated because they're purely expressing their dislike for something, yet their feelings are just being invalidated given no worth by their own parents. You most likely know this feeling as well, just a completely horrible feeling.
