We do not need carbs heres why

Your body can make glucose- even without carbs your body keeps blood sugar stable from gluconeogenesis. Protein, fat, and glycerol are all converted into glucose automatically. This is literally so humans can survive without plants or sugar

Fat is the preferred fuel-the brain and muscles run extremely well on fat and ketones.
These ketones produce:
more ATP per unit
less oxidative stress
more stable energy

36-38:1
ATP: glucose

138:1
ATP:fat

Fat produces over 3x more atp from the same amount.

Harmful effects of carbs:
blood sugar spike and crash
increase hunger and craving
accelerates glycation
disrupts hormones
Contributes to insulin resistance
obesity
metabolic disease

The only ''carbs'' i reccomend is raw milk, which can be from any animal usually cow and goat but it dont matter, and if you can't access this try and get unhomogenised whole milk although this has 1/3 of the nutrients and bacteria raw milk has atleast the cows havent been pumped full of random stuff

:banderas::banderas::banderas:
that's not a good thing lmao
it just means more calories = fat gain
just without high intensity gym performance
and glucogenesis is fine to survive but isn't optimal for muscle growth

Carbs mog for muscle building because of more motor unit recruitment = better gym performance = more muscle building
at high intensity workout muscles need rapid ATP from anaerobic glycolysis, which carbs provide via stored glycogen breaking down quickly without full oxygen reliance.
Fats require slower aerobic beta-oxidation, needing ample oxygen and mitochondrial shuttling (carnitine transports fatty acids inside mitochondria), which bottlenecks under oxygen-limited, high-acid conditions like gym

imagine reaching the point of justifying your body's SECOND HAND process of making glucose when you literally dont get enough as evidence that you don't need carbs

yes true carbs are better for fast energy but you wont gain an insane amount of fat carbs are mostly the main reason for bloating, obesity and high inflamation

to survive, no. to thrive, definitely.

so far the only thing about you that spits facts is your username
you only need carbs in summer and you can get that from fruit and milk this is why i speccified milk is the ''only'' carbs source you need as it will provide the daily amount of carbs you require especially in winter

You think that restricting yourself to a no carb diet is going to benifit you in terms of bloating and obesity. Bhai just don't eat like a pig and you'll be fine
yeah true obv but imo i believe to reach like full healthiness cutting out carbs is needed but if you are very active carbs are needed but people dont consume the correct ones

JFL this is so dumb you need carbs for converting T4 into T3 in which control a large amount of your metabolism. Also losing out on a huge amount of gains through MTOR and your CNS not being full optimal. Cant with low iq people that think they beat a normal diet with some "cheat code"

carbs can be a nice addition if you are weight training because of the extra energy boost, but for overall longevity and your facial ascetics having low to no carbs is ideal.
