Are infraorbital implants + sliding genioplasty gonna fix smile lines, or I need some other shit too? Like they are not the worst but pretty much a visible flaw + I am still like 20% bodyfat, so leanmaxxing and maybe some aqualyx will fix them to some point, but I think without a surgery it still will be a problem, I am not hardmaxxing in the next few, months, but when I will have enough money, I want to be sure what I even want, so I need help to figure this out, bcs it may turn out that double jaw or sm shit like that will be more beneficial in my case considering economical approach
