ok goyzzz so what you wanna do is take a rope and tie it around your neck to add optimal resistance to the chin tuck. then get a tree and tie the other end of the rope to a branch but its VERY IMPORTANT that the branch is high enough that you have to stand on a chair to do this. ok finally kick the chair over and dangle for around 10-15 minutes. The restricted blood flow will cause your bones to grow. This will ascend you ok see you guys in the next thread
