i have around 150 euro i can either do pneumo's guide for theeth withening with h202 or aqualyx for my cheeks. my theeth are moderately yellow and even when my face is debloated i still have lumpy tissue which is most certanly fat im 12% bf

The better trade off would be to do Aqualyx. Teeth whitening is really easy and spending large amounts of money on it is useless, I have a guide here: Oral B & Dental
