You don't need continuous circulating amounts of high gh if your taking it exogenously for it to make changes in bone growth. Both the tumor and taking gh itself would shutdown the natural feedback system also. Especially if your in puberty your gonna be sensitive to growth signals so high increases in gh are gonna grow bones
