hi,
Does anyone have any tips on how to fix a reccessed jaw and reccessed chin, aswell as any easy ways to get more height? Currently frauding with height boosters that give 4.5cm

I know I have other flaws but I think these ones Are the ones I need to fix asap,
Anything that doesn’t include money and something I should do every day that isnt too hard.
My front isnt that Bad tho, working to fix my negative canthal tilt and asymetry

chin tucks can fix your posture, but, it can maybe give you foward growth if you are in your childhood (nice posture and nasal breathe can help to reach a nice forward growth but just when u a child)

training ur neck wil make you have a good posture, so it can make your jaw and shi look better but your bones wont change

well is hard to change your bones and more without curgeries and that, training neck(not only for your posture, for the size of your neck)lowering bf(not so much to look like a skeleton), having a nice hair volume in the back, have a nice hairstyle and haircut in general, ear corrector, and the other softmaxes that u probably know (good habits and that)

Im currently MLTN, My biggest flaw is probably not on my face it looks pretty bad on Camera bc of lens distortion but irl im not that ugly, I can pull easily,
My clavicles Are pretty narrow and I dont have the best frame, and my hands go Like a stick thru the shirt thats what im most insecure about

pretty hard but if u are still in puberty (still growing and open growth plates) there is a chance but is determinated by ur genes, if ur puberty is already ended i think u can reach LMTN
