I have a pretty large nose, and it’s the only problem I can’t fix.

My first question is how to get rid of blackheads. I’ve tried retinol, diet changes, CeraVe, and even went to a cosmetologist, but they still come back.
Does hydrocortisone work, and what are the risks of overusing it?
Maybe you know some better methods?

For the blackheads use either accutane,tretinoin or salicid acid
Dont use hydrocortisone along with these or your skin will get damaged(if u arent then use hydrocortisone every other week)

Accutane would help with your acne and to shrink your nose
