most people complaining about having a big nose arent actually dealing with wide cartilage there dealing with chronic edema (water retention) if your nose looks way better after a workout, its a fluid/inflammation issue.

Spoiler: WHAT TO USE

tretinoin (0.025% – 0.05%) it works by thinning the stratum corneum(protective layer) and shrinking sebaceous glands(buildup of oil) hydrocortisone (1%) This acts as a anti inflammatory it manually flushes out the fluid that sits in the nasal tip.

Spoiler: HOW TO NOT FRY YOUR SKIN

do not go overboard use a pea sized amount of tret and a tiny dab of hydrocortisone, apply 2 too 3 times a week at night do NOT use Hydrocortisone daily for long periods you risk topical steroid withdrawal or you can get permanant skin thinning tret makes your nose sensitive to the sun if you burn it the inflammation will make your nose look twice as big
