I have an appointment w my dermatologist already scheduled in one month, so asking just in case she denies it

I mostly have clear skin (the texture is bad, i dont know how to fix that) but i have a few spots, mostly beside my nose, under my nose and near eyebrows, that constantly have a few pimples and they sometimes stop for a few days but usually come back.

My diet is mostly clean, im trying to not eat much sugar.

I use salycylic acid and niancimide everyday and it kinda helps ig?
