Implants should contribute on helping you. Increasing sleep will also allow increased bloodflow to your eyes and make you appear betterI have a really bad under eye area, could someone tell me what the main issues are and how to fix them. Does Blepharoplasty improve the tear through groove?Blepharoplasty or fillers.
You can do tear through fillers or surgical correction. Surgical route only takes 1-2 weeks to heal from.Does Blepharoplasty improve the tear through groove?

ik pictures are ass so you cant really tell but which one do you think would be best for my situation? In better lighting I can see my veins through the skin under my eyes so I think the skin is quiet thin if that helps your assesmentFat grafting, implants, filler
Make up to cover up.
Thank you!Hey man, based on the pics and what you're describing, the issue here is definitely more structural. The other guy is right that sleep helps with temporary blood pooling, but the darkness you're seeing is mostly a shadow. It happens when there's a lack of volume in the tear trough combined with thin skin that lets the blood vessels underneath show through.
Tier 1: Softmaxxing & Skincare (Mild Results)
These won't magically build bone or fat, but they optimize the skin quality so the contrast isn't as harsh.
Caffeine Serums - Acts as a vasoconstrictor to shrink the blood vessels under the eyes, which tones down that blue/purple tint
Retinoids (Tretinoin/Retinol) - Over time, this builds collagen and literally thickens the skin, acting like a better shield over those dark vessels (just be super careful and use a thick moisturizer so you don't fry your skin barrier)
Hydration & Sleep - Sounds basic, but dehydration sinks the skin further, and bad sleep causes blood to pool in your face, making the darkness way worse
Volufiline - A popular topical some guys use to try and stimulate localized fat growth - the science is heavily debated, but some swear it gives them a bit of plumping under the eyes if they are consistent
Tier 2: Injectables (Medium Risk, Real Fixes)
HA Fillers (like Restylane) - The most standard fix where an injector places filler deep on the bone to push the skin out and kill the shadow - it's instant and reversible, but it can migrate over time or make your eyes look puffy in the mornings if it holds onto too much water
PRP/PRF Injections - They draw your blood, spin it down, and inject the natural growth factors under your eyes - it's 100% natural so there's no risk of a weird bluish tint or migration, but it doesn't give as much raw volume as filler and usually takes a few sessions
Tier 3: Hardmaxxing (Permanent Fixes)
If your under-eye bone is recessed or you just want a permanent fix, these are the surgical routes.
Fat Grafting (Fat Transfer) - A surgeon takes fat from your stomach or thigh, purifies it, and micro-doses it into the hollows - it's permanent and the stem cells make your skin look great, but fat survival is unpredictable so you might need touch-ups, and if they overfill it, it's hard to remove
Lower Bleph with Fat Repositioning - If you have deep hollows but also slight eye bags above them, they can go inside the eyelid, grab that bulging fat, and physically slide it down into the hollow area to make the transition totally smooth
Infraorbital Implants - If your actual bone support is lacking under the eye, soft tissue work will only do so much - custom implants can physically project that area forward, permanently fixing the hollows and supporting your lower eyelid
