Before you start typing replys I didnt eat any fruit for about a year (with exceptions) I thought it was not that important and I was bulking, focusing on getting the most protein and other micronutrients. This month i started supplementing it and my skin is already so much more youthful and less wrinkly, my hair looks better and I even feel like i have more bonemass (this one might be placebo)
