If your infraorbitals are recessed they're recessed, and the eyebags you get from that can't be fixed with volufiline at least. Maybe if the recession is very minor, other than that just use colour corrector/concealer bro

If your eyebags aren't caused by bone recession then volufiline could work but im not sure how effective. It only effects like the skin/fat layer at least, but imo you're prolly better off just buying colour corrector and concealer.
