As Machiavellian said previously, I'm pretty sure the Admin has everything under control, and if he had an issue with it being promoted, I'm sure he would've told me to stop.

He contacted me a day ago and wants the forum to be promoted. I'm assuming he has enough understanding of what he wants to achieve. I wouldn't have promoted it unless he wanted me to.

I'm sure he's thinking of something. I suggested to him the idea of making a rule against AI-generated posts since they bring down the quality of this forum.

He should probably hire some moderators on the forum so we can prevent threads (warns, bans, etc.) like this, for example:
