Alright I’m not going to recommend you something from 600 BCE or some stoic shit
If you’re very serious about it recommend starting by learning formal and informal logic
On informal logic I recommend : being logic a guide to good thinking and Socratic logic
For formal logic there’s many good intros but for something very accessible go with callagry forallx then peter smith intro to formal logic these will teach you predicate and propositional logic and if you want to further you can read john nolt logics (2015) and modal and non classical logic
Also learn some basic mathematics like set theory and functions they are crucial for analytic studies
i appreciate it bro i knew i could count on you. This is only logic which should be your number one priority before starting philosophy especially contemporary philosophy because you wouldn’t understand anything without basic understanding of symbolic logic
i guess broJust read my threads bro
There is no philosopher more philosophical than me
Of course bruh also tell me when need other good books on other philosophy branches like language or metaphysicsi appreciate it bro i knew i could count on you.
as i stated before, i am open to any suggestiondepends what you are looking for
what branch of philosopher
egoistic or idealistic
rational or empirical
philosophy is too big of a term to give you books based off that
