I have an IQ of 110 which is good but I wanna be smarter because I want to learn, to understand new topics easier and the list continues.
I have:
-played chess;
-read much more books;
-bebate with people on a topic;
-reduced the screen time;
-and also some meditation;
But I know these things only have an little effect so I would likely know the best one on the market
