I think i’ve done like every soft max possible other than dying eyelashes darker and eyebrows besides that all i have left is getting lean.

I’m also turning 18 soon ! and im going to start planning my surgeries now any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks g idk about thin lips tho it might be the lighting but i’ve measured them before and they were in the ideal range and my lips are crazy dry because im on accutane rn

well youll need lateral + medial cantho possibly since u dont want to throw ur scleral triangles off or OCD off, but thats probably it

maybe supras for setdness idk, ur ltp also looks a little low and ctp looks quite high but it could be the angle

minox + latisse on lashes and brows and dye, get lean, colored contacts, rhino for ur columella, some form of lip grafting for some more lip fullness (get more on bottom for better proportions), lateral cantho for pfl and ct + medial for medial canthal angle and icd

thats all ill say for ur main flaws, theres some others i can kind of see but that alone will probably leave u at htn+ anyway
