Currently on Reta, eating small portions 1-2 times a day at most. Mostly protein or some slop.

Currently on Reta, eating small portions 1-2 times a day at most. Mostly protein or some slop.
Am bulking. I just eat a lot of potatoes like 3-4 a day baked in the oven. Usually 6 peices of bread every day and definitely spaghetti 2 bowls before gym

maintaining at 12 percent bf rn. Eat eggs and oats in the morning, at school eat chicken sandwich every day, get home eat a protein bar or something else, then eat a dinner which is my biggest meal of the day

Surely there are better alternatives 😬
don’t really give a fuck, i hit all my macros and micronutrients besides maybe omega 3s and some others but i hit almost everything

mainly focus on vitamin d (which is mostly from the sun), calcium, k2, and magnesium
