Letz is way to harsh and strong. Take aromsin 6.25mg eod. 12iu is high enough to acc need monitoring and I suggest some extra support like t3/4 and insulin but dyor

6 inches is alot. Plausible but alot if u started in Tanner 4

I Gained 1 inch (or less like 2cm) with natural method and it was kinda hard. Maybe hgh is an easy way

Letrozole crosses the blood brain barrier and typically reduces brain estrogen signaling so it doesn't protect the brain. there is one study on primates that found a compensatory rise in hippocampal estradiol, but that's it the only "prove" so there is more prove it lowers estradiol levels

Then simply shoud not be taking it, small doses of aromsin bring e2 levels down to about 30. (6.25mg aromsin eod)
