72.1kg is a good weight imo but it also depends upon your body structure and the way mass looks on you. Not only that but also your priorities. If you just wanna do bodybuilding and look like ronnie coleman then the range is 80-90kg but if its more for appeal I'd say dead max is at 75kg while making sure you have muscle more than fat and not fat more
