well, depends, do u have acne or any skin condition?, and don't waste ur money on supplements unless its really good stuff, most of the vitamins and supplements are a lot more bioavailable when they come from real food and not some cheap glycinate tablets

get minoxidil (foam) and a dermapen, for the acne grab some adapalene or tretinoin, if u dont wanna do low dose accutane ofc

get some some non comedogenic spf paa ++, and for the under eyes u only can do so much, id say a tinted moisturizer/spf can help cover them, but if the problem are ur infras then only imlants/ fat grafting will fix it, a caffeine serum could work, but i wouldn't waste my money on it being honest.

Acne around this area means your gut is fucked, which makes sense since you said you've been on junk food benders, focus on gut health for the next week. green tea, skyr yoghurt or greek yoghurt, probiotics & prebiotics, maybe a bit of fasting if it benefits you.
