drink at least 1 liter of milk (raw from a farm better) per day If you want decent amounts of calcium influencing your bonemass in puberty. Also you can consume extra calcium trougth cheese and yogurt
Most of the calcium don't go to the bones. Raw honey can helps bones absorb more calcium, but egg yolks are more effective because they contain vitamin K, which directs calcium to the bones, along with vitamin D3 (found mainly in fish), which helps bones absorb more calcium.
raw honey helps bones but mainly the skin, also is natural and healthy sugar, good remplace for processed sugar
I recomend to eat more Red meat (beef,pork,etc ) than white meat (chicken) except fish, but both are good for your development
For fruits i recommend bananas and those with massive amounts of vitamin C.
