Some look at it as a specifically ranged mix of mostly WSH, bit of WHG and ANF(EEF) sometimes also a few more which I forgot ngl
A lot of people nowadays also consider jews white because many of those do have european-like phenotypes however thats not their self identification and historically they have not been considered european. Probably also because they're a mix in general and many are straight up khazars
