There could be a couple of reasons like:
1.Hormonal fluctuations
2.Makeup
3.Touching your face
4.Diet could be an factor but it probably isnt
5.Clogged pores and bacteria

Here is the fix:
Avoid touching your chin,change pillowcases etc so you do not worsen it.
1-Use benozyl peroxide 2.5%-5% in the morning
2-Use SPF 30+
3-You could use a gentle cleanser but i dont reccomend this as for the morning routine.

And as for the night routine:
1-Use cleanser
2-Use moisturizer

Make sure to stay consistent as consisntency is the most important thing

I agree that its better and faster but you will also have to add some other products to neutralize those side effects which will make your skincare routine more complicated when you could’ve waited 1-2 weeks more and maintain a simple skincare routine
