alright so, did some more research
using a334 inhibiting CXXC5-DVL does not cause premature fusion because CXXC5 acts as an off switch that targets all zones of the growth plate concurrently.
for premature fusion to occur the rate of terminal hypertrophy needs to exhaust the supply of profilerating cells. when wnt/b is restored or increased it increases profileration
