will this amount of pills kill me
35400mg paracetamol
7200 mg Acetylsalicylic acid
900mg caffeine

I mean all this is basic right,but overdosing on opioids maybe give you the ethereal death instead of the “stomach pain,pass out,die”. im ltn with basically everything recessed, i have no browridge, flat maxilla, i almost cant breathe thru nose.
i live in ukraine in a few years i will prob will get taken to the war and die there, i was doing nothing for 4 years and my knowledge of algebra and geometry is terrible because of it and i have no money to get someone to teach me it.
i live in really poor family i mostly starve.
recently my first girlfriend broke up with me in the most shitty way possible, even tho i loved her for a year before we even started dating.
and tbh i dont wanna do anything, i have no interest in anything, no motivation to even get up from the bad, i cant even cope with video games like i did before everything is insanely boring
