not really, get a concealer that matches your skin color/sunscreen tint

It won't make any real difference, it'll just even out your skin tone but your looking for temporary solutions to a very existent problem jfl, fix your intake and hop on a basic cleanser+exfoliate product.

Tinted sunscreen doesnt fully cover acne like makeup but it does reduce redness and even out skin tone which makes most acne less noticeable It wont hide raised pimples completely tho
