Would u guys think removing my wisdom teeth is mandatory when the orthodontic suggested so?

I’ve heard quite a few people who said it will make u recessed and also just overal descend but idk if it’s true

mine were meant to aswell but they made it worse - initially i only had an overbite when genuinely biting things but braces gave me one during rest too lol
i had to jutt for like 6 months straight to fix it
