The thing is these subperiosteal hematomas,even smaller ones need forces way stronger than that. A subperiosteal hematoma can have different sizes,but by the name itself,it’s direct bone support damage,if the hematoma ossifys it could be uneven with the other hematoma let’s say on the other zygos.
