thats a lot If u are on roids and even if not i would do hella more volume i do upper 4 times a week and do 3 sets of bench, incline dumbell press, flies, pull ups, lat pulldowns, seated hammer curls, preacher curls, rows and 6 sets of tricep extensions and later raisesIts very close to optimal for hypertrophy, but if anyone has suggestions lmk.
