for the chest part you didnt specify if you are doing anything for inner chest, also are you just not doing anything for your triceps?

nigga theres not a technical name for it, but its still something that can be targeted with any squeezing motion with your chest, when you do pec flys or pec deck you feel it differently than a pressing motion and it creats a more full looking chest by making the “inner” area appear bigger

inner chest isn’t a thing same with lower chest
nigga i aint reply to this thread to debate which areas of the fucking chest count as its own muscle or not, if you do squezing motions the inner area of your chest will look bigger than if you dont that shouldnt be up for debate, sure some people dont think its neccassary

To much volume both total volume and volume per muscle
Very poorly structured as well
I'm obviously not doing it in that order and I'm literally doing 1-2 sets per muscle group and 3 once how is that a lot of volume 💔

If u are on roids and even if not i would do hella more volume i do upper 4 times a week and do 3 sets of bench, incline dumbell press, flies, pull ups, lat pulldowns, seated hammer curls, preacher curls, rows and 6 sets of tricep extensions and later raises
